FILM : “The Sisters” documentary showing at Pataka, Porirua 10 December

Last year, Jac Lynch and Toni produced a documentary, “The Sisters”, a story about four sisters living together in Stokes Valley (Toni's 3 great-aunties and her grandmother). “The Sisters” achieved national publicity last year and the sisters became known as the Golden Girls of Stokes Valley when the documentary about their decision to flat together screened in Petone at the Lighthouse Theatre.

The film is now having a free public screening on Sunday 10 December at 2.00pm at Pataka Museum in Porirua. We've decided to show the film to the public because of the strong interest in the sisters' story.

We are delighted to be able to show it at Pataka, and you, your family and friends are invited to attend the screening. Come along for the afternoon, visit the café, and you'll also be
able to check out the awesome art at Pataka (the film screens for 30 minutes).
